A customer may be able to return Gotoners Products for a replacement or refund if he/she strictly adheres to all of the terms and conditions below:
- Subject to the terms and conditions herein, products may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of your invoice date.
- All eligible returns require prior authorization by Gotoners. Customers must contact Gotoners to obtain RMA (return merchandise authorization). Products must be returned within 10 calendar days of being issued the RMA.
- All items must be in “as new” condition, in original packaging, and with all the accessories, manuals and warranty cards. Gotoners reserve the right to inspect the returns.
- To receive a full refund of your purchase, all components sold together as part of Gotoners bundle (promotional offer) must be returned at the same time. If customer chooses to return only part of the bundle, Gotoners will subtract the list price of the component(s) being returned from the total list price of the bundle.
- Products must be returned with all shipping and insurance charges pre-paid. Customer will not be reimbursed for such charges, unless product returned is deemed defective by Gotoners.
- After receipt and inspection of the products returned in compliance with all the above terms, customers will be entitled for replacement/refund.
- Refunds on purchases will be issued the same way they were paid.
