HP Color Laserjet CP2025

The HP CP2025 color laser printer comes in four models. The CP2025 is the basic model with only a USB 1.0 port, the CP2025n adds networking support, the CP2025dn adds networking and duplexing, and the CP2025x adds all of these features with a USB 2.0 port. This allows users to get the functionality they need without paying for features they don't need. Paper capacity is quite good, with 250 sheets in the main tray and a 50-sheet multipurpose tray for alternate media types and sizes, similar to the HP 2840 toner printer. The unit is fairly compact, with a small footprint that will allow it to fit into small office spaces. The control panel is simple, and might be a little too sparse for some users, with only a two-line LCD display for relaying information to the user. Network setup is easy. Users simply connect the machine to the network and run the install process. The printer takes care of most of the setup on its own.
