Canon FP-400 Micrographics
This device uses laser technology to print, copy and fax, though it is marketed primary as a copy machine. It offers standard connection options and is compatible with most operating systems. There is an input tray and an output tray that can hold multiple sheets and will fold up to reduce storage space. There is also an automatic document feeder built-in so users do not have to hand-feed paper. A few different media types can be printed on, such as transparencies, envelopes and glossy paper. The Canon FP400 toner has the ability to produce a resolution that competes with other machines in the same class. Only black printer toner is used because it is a monochrome device, and it is held in a single Canon FP400 toner cartridge. Replacement toners will be needed once the Canon FP400 toner cartridge being used reaches its maximum capacity of 7,000 pages. The high yield of the Canon FC400 toner will provide a low cost per page, making this laser copier even more affordable.
