Welcome to Gotoners. By using this Site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Communications
When you visit Gotoners, place an order, or contact us, you’re communicating electronically. We may communicate via email, phone, SMS, or by posting notices on our Site. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
You may also submit feedback, suggestions, or other communications (“Submissions”). By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Submissions without compensation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If placing an order on behalf of a business or another entity, you must have authority to bind them to these Terms.
By entering any information, you warrant that:
- You provide true, accurate, current, and complete information;
- Billing address, phone number, etc., correspond to what your credit card / bank has on file;
- You maintain and promptly update your information to keep it current;
- You are not using the Site for any improper or unlawful purpose.
If we suspect any information is untrue or unauthorized, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or cancel your order.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not binding until accepted by Gotoners. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. due to pricing errors, stock limitations, fraud suspicion).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before order acceptance.
We may accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other methods we designate.
You are responsible for all fees or charges associated with your chosen payment method (e.g. currency conversion, bank fees).
4. Shipping
We will make best efforts to ship merchandise within 1-2 business days after receiving a properly completed order, but this is only an estimate and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen factors, and we are not liable for such delays.
Product ownership and risk transfer to you once delivered to the carrier for shipment.

5. Warranty & Defective Items
We warrant that compatible / remanufactured items will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from original shipping date.
If within warranty period, you may return defective products for replacement or refund (subject to inspection and approval).
We will not accept returns of items showing signs of tampering, misuse, or that exceed acceptable usage (e.g. more than 50% toner consumed).
OEM / brand-name items follow the manufacturer’s own warranty policies; we do not handle returns for those.
If you urgently need a replacement, we may allow you to purchase a new unit at full price, then issue a credit/refund once defective item is received and verified.
6. Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided herein, Gotoners disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement).
In no event shall Gotoners, its officers, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including lost profits, goodwill, data loss) arising from use or inability to use the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the particular order giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gotoners, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Products, or your breach of applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Gotoners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or improvements, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Unless otherwise noted, changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Severability, Non-Waiver & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or modified to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Gotoners regarding use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario in connection with any dispute or claim arising under or relating to these Terms.
