HP Laserjet 8100MFP

The HP LaserJet 8100 is a monochrome laser printer designed for the small or medium office environment. It is well-suited to high-volume use, and offers fast speeds and excellent print quality. While mainly designed as a fast laser printer, the 8100 has some multifunction features as well. It can do limited scanning and copying, as it includes a 50 sheet automatic document feeder for scans. It is particularly good at converting paper documents to digital formats, such as PDF and TIFF. It is even capable of duplex (two-sided) scanning, but since it lacks a flatbed scanning surface, it is limited to scanning documents that fit in its feeder. One of its best capabilities is the ability to convert a scanned document and send it directly to email, a very convenient feature that is likely to be used often.
